Motion Control Library

All the potential of Ingenia motion controllers controlled from high level C/C++ programming.
Overview
Ingenia motion controllers can be configured and operated through their registers. To do this, it is necessary to establish a communication channel with the controller and to activate the desired registers. Such configuration and operations can be tedious due to the need to use low level syntax and to know communication protocols, etc.
So that you don’t have to worry about these tasks, Ingenia has developed Motion Control Library (MCLib).
MCLib brings together a series of functions and components that provide an application programming interface (API) in C/C++ for Ingenia motion controllers.

All of this means that MCLib releases the integrator from register programming and protocol management tasks, allowing them to concentrate on final application development.
  • Compatible with all Ingenia motion controllers.
  • Includes functions for communication management with the motion controller and for its configuration, monitoring and operation.
  • Includes a CAN communication library for major device manufacturers:
    • Kvaser
    • IXXAT
    • PeakSystem
    • Vector
  • Includes a communication library for RS232 communication based on WINAPI.
  • Includes application examples (with source code) for Visual Studio C++ (VC8).
  • Can be integrated into various environments, such as LabView, MATLAB, etc.
